Please contact the Senator from your district and tell her/him that you want to roll back the OWI laws to a time of reason. Law enforcement should be required to prove that a driver was infact impaired at the time of the traffic stop in order to get a conviction. With modern technology (video cameras, remote microphones, etc.), law enforcement should have no problem getting convictions when they have made valid OWI arrests. BAC levels affect different people differently and must not be considered in themselves proof of impairment. The current BAC laws must be recinded in the name of fairness and justice.
