Okay, they cuff you, put you in the squad car and haul you off to the hospital to take your blood. A nurse or someone qualified (hopefully) takes your blood, they send it off to the lab to be analyzed along with hundreds or maybe thousands of others. Do you get the correct results? How do you know? What happens if the results simply do not jibe with the facts? Does anyone care? (besides you)
Another problem with the BAC law is that it relies on test results that may be inacurate or may even be someone elses.
